Registration Form

Please complete the below form for each one of your children.

Then, head over to our SFYGAA online store to submit the registration fee. The fee is $250 per child, or $500 per family for families with three or more children competing with SFYGAA this year. Registration includes participation in all SFYGAA 2026 games, events, and activities. New players registered in 2026 will receive a hurl and helmet.

By the end of registering, you should have (1) submitted the form on this page, including agreeing to the linked Terms & Conditions; (2) submitted a recent headshot; (3) submitted your player’s birth certificate; and (4) submitted the registration payment. The below form walks through each of these steps.

We are also always looking for parents to get involved with SFYGAA through many volunteer opportunities: assistant coaches, helping with events, fundraising, and more! Please reach out if you are interested in supporting SFYGAA through volunteering this year!
